Designed by Mona Zillah exclusively for Five Sisters Farm, this hat will be a favorite of chicken-lovers near and far.  The body of the hat is stranded colorwork in two main colors, with accent colors added after completion (over-stitch or embroidery). The crown features a gorgeous star.
Another pattern in a series celebrating important women, Mona has named this after Viola Smith, who was billed as the "world's fastest girl drummer" in groups from the 1920's until 1975.
The kit includes the pattern along with Five Sisters Farm natural and hand-dyed Shetland wool light fingering yarn.  Bramble 1 oz;  your choice of background color 1 oz (indicate below); and two accent colors in red and yellow, 10 g of each.
